Because our digital items (PDFs, MP3s, MP4s, and Vault access passes) are delivered instantly upon completed transaction, all digital vault sales are final.
Support & Replacement Access
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your digital purchases, lost your download links, or require re-download access, our archive support team will promptly assist you with verified proof of order or transaction hash.
Cryptocurrency & Alternative Payments
Payments completed via NOWPayments (Cryptocurrency) are confirmed on the blockchain and cannot be reversed or refunded once transaction confirmations have finalized. Please ensure accurate wallet addresses and currency networks when submitting payments.
Physical Editions
For any print editions or physical archival items, returns or replacements are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item arrived damaged or defective during transit.
